  • While we cannot aguarantee you will never get an answering machine, we try our utmost to answer every phone call in person, and to return any calls that we do miss as soon as possible.
  • At the initial free assessment, we come up with a care plan and schedule tailored specifically to each client's need. We can provide services from hourly upto 24-hour care.
  • Our agreement and fees are spelled out clearly before we begin.
  • Each person we help is provided a trained and caring provider who will take notes on the client's condition at every meeting.
  • Supervisors make regular phone calls and in person visits to get feedback from the client and to evaluate the client's condition throughout the service period.
  • Relatives get regular updates by phone or email.
